Damian Lockley BSc (Hons) ICIOB is the principle Building Surveyor with 12 years experience within the building industry. He specialises in the areas of Building Surveying, Planning Approval, Listed Building Approval, Building Regulations Approval and Site Management.

He has surveyed many diffent buildings and produced over 1000 different plans, and projects ranging from new houses & flat developments to increasing the size of existing properties with extensions.

Prior to becoming a building surveyor Damian had his own building business and worked as a carpenter on many different sites. He gave this up to become a building surveyor and progress into a Professional career.
