Lockley Surveying Complaints Handling Procedure

Damian Lockley operates a complaints handling procedure which fully complies with the regulatory requirements of the Chartered institute Of Building (CIOB).

Stage 1

In the first instance any complaint will be referred to Damian Lockley as the Designated Complaints Handler. It is the business policy to acknowledge complaints in a timely manner and to provide a full response or, at least, an update within 28 days.

If the complainant is unhappy with the review we would move onto Stage 2 of the procedure.

Stage 2

The client will be provided with access to an independent redress scheme which is approved by the CIOB, like Consumer Direct which is funded by the government and part of Trading Standards.

Consumer Direct is free to consumers and can consider any consumer complaints
